We needed a chair to go with 2 Astaire Modular Sectional Couches (16") that we have facing one another in our living room and wanted it in the same fabric and a very particular size. It is in front of a fireplace. Since there was nothing in the Astaire collection that fit the space, this was the best possible option look-wise and dimension-wise. I find the seat a bit on the hard size, hence 4 not 5 stars. The other downside was that it does not come stocked in Sumner Ivory (as does the Astaire Line) so it was a bit pricier than originally hoping to spend and had to wait about 10 plus weeks. My husband did not originally want a swivel chair but loves it - particularly since it rotates 360 degrees and does not have a stopper. It is the perfect size- not too big but not too small. I can sit on it with my cat curled up at my side. Also we have it half on the rug half on the wood floor and that is not a problem. The rug is also from R & B.

We could not be more pleased with this chair. It is comfortable, with a smooth swivel and a seat large enough to fit myself and my small dog next to me! The fabric is beautiful and of high quality. It is not a small chair -- it has a relatively large profile -- but it is more elegant in our space than I expected. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

The fabric, color and chair are so beautiful and it swivels smoothly but the seat is super hard and doesn't have enough cushion for your bottom. I thought over time that it would soften but it hasn't so you can't sit in it for long. I love my Otis chair but wanted something bigger but this Ada chair is nowhere near as comfortable. : (

I already have the Ada sofa and this looks great with it. This is a large chair so easy to curl up in or share with a pet or child. I love it and would buy again. #sweepstakes

This chair is perfect for lounging and watching movies. It's deep and comfortable, but larger than expected. Keep the size in mind, but it's great for relaxation.

Love this swivel chair to go from an outside view to conversation in the family room to TV. And it's big enough for me and my granddaughter to sit and read:)

I was a little worried until I received my two Ada chairs in Dornick charcoal. I am so delighted, I just love them! Everytime I walk past the area I am just tickled with myself! I will never tire of these two comfy cozy chairs!

Swivel is smooth and level. Seat depth allows a comfortable lounge while firm back lets back remain comfortably upright. Good for reading (even adult + kid), movie watching. Depending on styling can be formal or casual accent (ours is in the reading room).

I agree with the previous 3-star review by Melli. The chair is very comfortable. However, the Tepic Ivory fabric is incredibly sensitive to water. I used Folex on a small stain as directed and there is a very noticeable water stain on the fabric now. Also, the chair could be improved with a swivel return mechanism. It is a hassle to constantly adjust the chairs for the room to look neat and tidy.

we love this chair - the perfect accent in our living room and so cozy to curl up with a book #sweepstakes
