Cade

When our original velvet version of this didn't work for us because it was a cat hair magnet, Room & Board provided great customer service and worked with us to replace it with one with different fabric, even refunding us the difference in cost between the fabrics. They were professional to work with and kind. Great experience. Also, the new fabric is lovely. It's the Tepic in the paprika shade. Submitting this as part of the #sweepstakes but would have written the same thing regardless.

Love the chaise but the upholstery fabric looks worn or discolored on some areas of the chaise.

We recently replaced a beloved couch that served us for almost 20 years. We purchased this Cade sectional entirely sight unseen. Because our house is full of Room & Board furniture, our trust in their quality is incredibly high—and once again, they delivered perfection. Being able to customize the Cade with the exact pieces we needed allowed us to build the ultimate, comfortable setup for our TV room. The Cement fabric color is beautiful, the scale is perfect, and it completely transforms the space. We couldn't be more pleased with this upgrade!

We were super excited for this, waited for months, and... it's just OK at best. I don't think I'd spend that money (or wait that time) again. The cushion feels a little like it's puffed out with extra air and something plastic-y sounding inside. There are some threads on the seams. Overall, it's just sort of fine, but not as comfortable as our much cheaper sofas. Also, we spent extra for the velvet fabric option because when we visited one of the stores, we commented to a salesperson that one of our cats likes to shred some upholstery, and were told that the velvet was the best fabric for pets. But it turns out the velvet is an absolute cat fur magnet, more than anything else in our house. So now half the chaise is covered in a blanket so the cats will sit on that.

#sweepstakes A company should be judged when things don't go quite right and Room & Board has done well. Our sectional is attractive and comfortable, but was delivered without connectors in place. This made it so that the sectional pieces would separate easily, such as when sitting down on the sectional. I raised the concern to Room & Board and they immediately set up an appointment for someone to come out and fix the problem.

The chaise is the perfect size, gorgeous, comfortable and solidly built. Perfect for lounging on and roomy and comfortable to double as a bed when company visits. The piece I had dreamed of was found!

I have the sectional with chaise and it is everything I wanted. I had a previous couch from West Elm and the cushions always showed every dent and everything had to be fluffed constantly. This couch holds its structure and looks perfect. The material I chose (Hawkins) was more expensive but seems to prevent cat scratches! It is a more firm couch but that's what I like.

I was not impressed with the craftsmanship of this furniture. There were multiple (too many) defects in the fabric, making me feel like the quality control was not up to standards. The couch itself it soooo comfortable and all around perfect. The seat depth, seat height, lay out, design and seat back height is exactly what we wanted. It has it alll!

Love how long and wide this chaise is. Paired with the Cade firmness this is very comfortable and the place I spend most my time on the couch

I am incredible happy with this sofa!!!! So grateful to the incredible team for suggesting it. I love the look and LOVE how it feels elegant and yet comfy all at the same time. #sweepstakes
