This review is a bit of old and new. I had my eye on this daybed for a couple of years and after a move to a home with much bigger rooms the time was right. I went for the 102" with Vento Cadet leather and it is such a cool, grand piece. I love the clean lines and the comfy, unfussy, casual vibe it gives off. The seat cushion is soft and the leather is loosely wrapped. Knowing the seat will settle a bit it might be nice to have a bit more filling so over time it settles to the state it was on day one. Lastly, the seat height is listed as 17" but it feels like 16". It's low. A lot of modern low-profile furniture is like this today but for me I could have taken an inch higher. All minor issues that I knew about beforehand and at the end of the day, I really love the daybed so far. I've bought a dozen pieces from Room & Board over the years. I love the transitional hints at clean Scandinavian design but have been a bit disappointed in their overall durability and longevity. A few of the pieces have had problems that should not be happening after only a couple of years on lightly used furniture. This brings me to the biggest gripe I have. The daybed doesn't feel as heavy and solid as I would have hoped. Something about the materials of the frame and the way that the arms are connected to the base just don't convey confidence. It isn't like the other sectional and sofa I also just bought from a custom leather furniture builder (at similar price points). Those pieces are brick solid and HEAVY. Maybe its their hardwood frames and dense, heavy cushions that are the primary difference. I'm not an expert but I know the difference I feel when I sit on this vs those pieces. Despite loving the daybed so far, that accounts for taking it down a star.

We purchased this sofa/ daybed in 2020 and it's in our vacation home. We only spend about four months a year in this house, and this sofa/ daybed has not held up. There is sagging in the middle and on one side the arm is unstable. We also bought the matching sofa and unfortunately the pillow backs don't hold shape and they are one sided so you can't flip them around. I really like the look of this but unfortunately not constructed well. I do have to say I just reached out today to room and board today and they said they will make it right so that makes me hopefully.

I have this in my master bedroom, used for reading or relaxing!

#sweepstakes. Love love love this daybed. Got a light grey leather and it's just gorgeous! Very comfortable!

I love my day bed. I have been eyeing it in the store for the last two years and finally made the purchase. It's as wonderful as I had hoped it would be. Comfortable and roomy, Beautiful and classy.
