Linger

So comfortable. Love the materials. The ability to switch the chaise is awesome.

We love this sectional! It's incredibly comfortable, well made, and looks beautiful in our living room. The cushions are supportive while still feeling cozy, and the quality is exactly what we expected from Room & Board. Definitely worth the investment!

I was excited to receive this I waited more than 3 months for delivery. The delivery guys were exceptional. Unfortunately, this sofa is poorly made. The side cushions vary in size and aren't filled enough with down. They are like two limp pancakes. The back cushions are too short leaving gaps. I tried to resolve it with customer service but their excuse is this is "normal" and they refuse to do anything about it. I was under the impression they had great customer service, it is not the case.

The Linger is the perfect couch for our small condo space. It's cozy but still has clean lines and doesn't look sloppy. Super happy to have the option of deep seating and the reversible chaise with the smaller width couch—exactly what we were looking for. So far no issues with the partial feather fill, just have to fluff the cushions regularly. The cushions seem heavy enough that even though they aren't attached they don't shift around too much either. Overall, we had an excellent experience start to finish ordering from Room and Board. #sweepstakes

Comfortable sectional, just as expected!

I got this sectional in mori graphite and after several weeks of use I don't have any leaking feathers or need to constantly "fluff" as some other reviewers mentioned. It's very comfortable. Would recommend.

I absolutely love my couch. It's incredibly comfortable and I love the versatility. The fabric is high quality and is durable. I have a little dog who loves to lay on the couch and the fabric is holding up well.

Love my new sofa from Room and Board. It's incredibly cozy and looks very elegant. Highly recommend.

I purchased the linger sectional in Mori Ivory in September 2024 and got it delivered in November 2024. Since then. I'm now haunted my feathers and now have PTSD from anything with the down filled label. I am constantly getting poked and scratched by feathers whenever I sit on the couch. I find myself vacuuming feathers multiple times a week including inside the cushions to no avail because in 2-3 days time, more feathers are poking out and I'm getting scratched again. I've reached out to customer service and their solution is keep vacuuming and after a few months it improves yet here we are 14 months later. And don't even get me started on their joke of a performance fabric label. Overall, extremely disappointed

We bought this in a camel colored velvet that took forever to arrive because of the popularity of the fabric. While we wish the fabric was a little softer it is comfortable. It looks very high-end. The cushions are quite firm so I think those will soften a bit with time. Really like the lines of this piece with the low small arms at the end. It was part of a large sectional.
