No complaints about this couch! Incredibly comfortable and beautiful while also being the most durable outdoor furniture on the market. I did a ton of research and nothing beats this set from Room & Board. Looks so clean and like brand new even after being on my South Florida patio for weeks. Amazing customer service, seamless delivery - so glad I made this purchase!

Review the pictures of what happens if your couch is not COMPLETELY level. It is a very poor design. Room and Board's customer service does not back their products. I have uploaded pictures showing how poorly the design is and what will happen to your furniture. We had this couch for two years and now this "sustainable" couch has to go to the landfill. I have asked for a replacement part for the middle and was "ghosted" by customer service. I was hoping to repair it and give it to someone who has a concrete pad that could use it, but they won't return my calls. I have included pictures of the "unlevel" deck which was off by a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of an inch.

#sweepstakes Great couch that fits our patio perfectly. We paired it with Breeze Chair and Nova coffee table for a more modern look and love how it all goes together.

We purchased this sofa for our deck after extensive research and I am so pleased with the purchase. The sofa is comfortable, the cushions do not slide around, they provide good support while feeling comfortable enough to relax on. In addition the weatherproof material looks and feels elegant. I feel this sofa will last us a long time.

As always, Room & Board never disappoints. This couch was a perfect addition to our Palm Springs patio!!

Very comfortable and sturdy feeling outdoor couch. Cushions are super easy to remove and store. I have used these loll designs pieces in a commercial setting and they look great even after years of abuse and sun exposure. Can't recommend these enough. #sweepstakes

We couldn't be happier with our Rayo 75" Outdoor Sofa from Room & Board. It's incredibly durable, handles the elements beautifully, and still looks fantastic day after day. Honestly, it outperforms another outdoor sofa we bought from a "top-tier" competitor. Lesson learned—we'll stick with Room & Board from here on out. #sweepstakes

This loveseat is beautiful and sleek. Perfect for my little space, but can be used in a bigger space if coupled with another. Definitely recommend.

It's beautiful and comfortable. My family absolutely loves it.

Amazing quality frame by Loll. Really happy with ergonomics of the sofa. A comfortable seat, or napping couch. Nice wide arms to hold drinks. However, the cushions are not for the long haul. Foam seat cushion is compressing after 5 East Coast seasons (6 months) & stuffing in back cushions is clumping. I flip the cushions, plump and use a cover on the sofa.
