Stevens

The couch sinks down way too far in the back when you sit on the chaise. I've had multiple friends comment about how goofy I look basically folded over when I'm sitting on it. It also compresses your back and crushes you into the back cushion.

his couch feels cheap, poorly made, and nowhere near luxury quality. I genuinely regret this purchase and would strongly warn anyone considering it: do not buy this couch. Save yourself the money, frustration, and regret. It is overpriced, badly made, and an absolute disappointment. Feathers leak out constantly and poke you all over your body every time you sit on it. The cushions are uncomfortable, do not hold their shape, and look sloppy after very little use. They also delete these reviews, so beware. My last review was DELETED.

This sofa/chaise fits perfectly in our small living room. Typical high quality Room and Board construction. The cushions do make an audible 'creak' when you sit down, but imagine that will disappear with use. I would recommend this sofa - super comfy and fabric appears very durable.

We've really enjoyed the addition of this sofa to our living room. We are both big men, so good padding and solid design is essential. The color is a perfect fit for our space. The swatches we sampled didn't give the full idea of what an entire sofa would look like, so make sure to look at a finished piece in the store with an expert before ordering; the other option we were considering would have been too dark. #sweepstakes

The couch looks great and the customization options are excellent. The cushions are soft, yet supportive and the fabric seems like it will hold up well.

This couch is really comfortable and of great quality. We debated about the York, but are ultimately really glad we went with the Stevens despite somewhat higher price point. The Tatum Gray fabric (despite its name) is actually flexible with both cool and warm tones - a great neutral!

We're really happy with the couch so far in the Tatum fabric. However, we noticed the feet were crooked after delivery. A team came back a week later and replaced two of the feet, but they explained some won't sit straight due to the fabric staples. Unfortunately these feet are pretty noticeable when entering the room. Overall, we're happy with the look and feel of the couch but are disappointed in that aspect.

Love this couch - looks classic, not rumpled and is very comfortable!!

Very good couch! Good firmness, cushions are robust. The cushions stay in place. No issues with feathers poking through the cushions, which we were concerned about. #sweepstakes

Very good couch. The steering wheel does not fly off when I try to use it.
