André

Sleek, elegant design but comfortable and not fussy

Im updating my review having had the sofa for a month. I still love the sumner navy color of the sofa and appreciate R&B service, but similar to what another reviewer noted, the chaise part (of our 89 reversible piece) does not sit firmly. If you sit on it with your feet extended, you will sink into the sofa where it meets the back rest and the front awkwardly rises up feeling rather uncomfortable.

As if it came with our home, the Andre is sleek, comfortable and supportive. We are delighted. Customer service was exceptional in assisting with the selection and delivery.

We love our Andre in a Sumner Navy :) It's sleek and defines our space. We have it cornered against a wall in a small area and are able to sit comfortably on both ends. I do wish the chaise part of it was just a few inches longer to accommodate folks that are taller than 6 feet on that side though. And, I do love that it is reversible.

It looks great but does not function. The chaise lounge cushion is impossible, it does not sit firmly into the sofa. I had to redesign ours into a sofa with an ottoman. I would never recommend item to prospective buyers.

Exceptionally comfortable, sturdy, and stylish. A veritable centerpiece of our living room; multiple friends have complimented us on it! #sweepstakes

Love the mid century vibe. I wanted well constructed sofa and got it. Nice to get a material swatch prior so I was certain that the fabric I chose was exactly what I wanted. Easy to order everything online.

I really love this couch, beautiful material, color. The cushions have kept their shape. I like the fact that we can easily vacuum/mop underneath it. The biggest disappointment for me right now is that the fabric is coming apart at the seam where we lay our back. It's a shame.

We love the style and functionality of this couch! It's comfortably firm, which we appreciate for both longevity and easy maintenance, and it's become a favorite spot for reading and socializing. Choosing a fabric was tough with so many great options, but we're thrilled with Tepic Charcoal. It was definitely worth the wait, and we look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. We also took advantage of the free design services, which were incredibly helpful.

I used to work in a Room & Board showroom and a lot of the furniture in my home is already from there. We ended up hating the new sofa we bought elsewhere a few years ago and I wasn't sad when some springs failed on it last year because it gave me a reason to replace it. I remembered really liking the Andre sofa when I worked in the showroom because of its style, and because I prefer a fixed back to loose cushions. Talked to a former coworker who is still at the showroom and I ordered the 101" Sofa with Reversible Chaise in Crawford Haze. It was actually completed a little earlier than the original estimate and delivered right before Christmas. I've been loving it ever since! This is such an improvement over the old sofa it replaced, and it is also softer and more comfortable than I remember it being. Not sure why I waited so long to buy a sofa here, but glad that I finally did. All the other pieces I have hold up well over time if they are taken care of, and they have even survived a move across the country. #sweepstakes
