Ericson

Needed a narrow but comfortable loveseat for a sunroom and this was perfect. It's beautifully constructed, was fast to ship and fits in great with the rest of our furniture.

The 74" length fit perfectly in my small apartment. I wanted a sofa that was easy to rise from, that allowed me to sit up straight. It is very good looking with the wood frame and fabric cushioning. It is between soft and firm sitting but would prefer it to be a bit firmer.

This couch fit the bill for what we needed. I wanted something simple and to avoid the "overstuffed" look. We also wanted to avoid fabric sides and back that are a temptation to be used as a scratching post by cats. We found this couch surprisingly comfortable as well. We're very satisfied.

I have two Ericson chairs that I purchased previously, and the wood looked and felt natural and beautiful. I received the Loveseat today, and they have sprayed a finish on it that makes it look and feel like plastic, which is not what I usually think of Room and Board. Warning - if you are trying to match previously purchased furniture from Room and Board, they will look very different from the new finish

The cushions feel thin and unsupportive, and the frame lacks proper structure, making it impossible to sit comfortably for long. The covers look cheap and wrinkles easily, which only adds to the disappointment. For the price paid, this sofa is shockingly bad — I could have bought two better-quality pieces instead. Overall, a deeply frustrating and disappointing purchase. Uncomfortable and poorly made.

The fundamental quality of the sofa is bad.I've had it for over 2 years and we've barely been able to use it. The cushions constantly slide and the frame creaks with every sit. We've tried multiple fixes, but nothing works. For the price paid, this is a shockingly poor return on value.

The seat cushion is a little flimsy and leaves an indentation where my wife sits

The 74" Ericson sofa is the worst and most regrettable furniture purchase I've ever made. I so wish I could start all over. I sat on the loveseat in the showroom, which was fine. But the full-length sofa frame has been designed by someone who has no idea how weight is supposed to be supported or what sort of cushion can deliver even basic comfort. It's horribly uncomfortable, and you're either sinking too deep or have a support beam crushing your butt. The cushion is too thin, poorly padded, and doesn't hold it's shape: uncomfortable, misshapen, and worn out after less than a year of light use. I stretched my budget to buy this piece. I could have gotten better for less. Next time I'll know.

makes a sweet sitting area with a couple of Otis chairs

This was the perfect piece to help us realize our vision of a Lounge Dining Room. This amount of comfort and versatility in a small package was exactly what we wanted. The Loveseat serves for hanging out and also can be brought up as a bench to the Dining Table.
