Stevens

We purchased the Stevens 116" Sofa with Right-Arm Chaise in Mori Fabric and couldn't be happier with it. Super high quality, comfortable, looks great and takes a beating (two teens and a dog) without showing it. My husband and I bought our first couch, the Metro, after getting married almost two decades ago. We got compliments on it until the very end, when we decided it was time to get slightly bigger model in a lighter color scheme. We already loved Room & Board, but here's what ensured that we'll be customers for life: I accidentally ordered the chaise on the wrong side and didn't realize it until *after* it was delivered. The crew couldn't have been nicer and set up a delivery of the one I wanted free of charge. I imagine it was a pretty big hassle, but they didn't act like it at all and we had our right couch in no time. Thank you to all involved!

It's a nice comfortable couch. Good looking. But it literally loses so many feathers. They are everywhere. You clean them up, sit on the couch and there are more. I'm holding about 10 of them right now, and cleaned the couch BEFORE my family sat down.

Love this couch, very comfortable and durable material.

We've had our Stevens couch for a month and are thus far very satisfied. Its extremely comfortable, especially since we got the deep seats. My partner is tall with broad shoulders and we wanted a couch that he could lay and lounge on without hanging off the edge, and this provides that space and more! We got the mori fabric and it feels lovely against the skin. So far no snags from cat claws, although we covered the back/sides w/ double sided cat tape to deter them! The only potential issue is that we have seen a handful of feathers coming out of pillows so far. Seems a reasonable amount at this time, hopefully it doesn't get worse. Our experience at the Seattle showroom (U Village) was great! The employees who helped us select a couch were very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the delivery experience was flawless. The two delivery employees arrived on-time, were very friendly, set it up quickly - truly white glove service.

We have had our couch for a month now & I can honestly say it's the best couch I've ever owned! The style, the material, the craftsmanship, the color (a rust-like color), the comfort...everything about this couch is perfect! The saleswoman, Cindy, was amazing. She wasn't pushy and was very accommodating - especially when I couldn't decide on a color.

This couch is beautiful. I love the fabric and it is super comfortable. It looks very modern and adds so much to the look of my living space.

This sofa is just what we were looking for! It was just the right size for our space and allows for multiple people fit comfortably.

We could not be happier with our Stevens sofa -- it's the perfect mix of a comfortable, firm sit but also great for lounging! The fabric we chose, the Mori, is super soft and seems like it's going to hold up so well. The sofa feels very sturdy and I know the piece will last us a long time with Room & Board's quality.

We bought this as a comfortable lounging option in a small room that we set up for TV viewing. It also functions great as an additional sleep option for kids.

Love my Stevens sofa but we need extra seating and the ottoman is too big for our space. Wish we could just get the reversible chaise add on but it's not sold separately. Need a smaller ottoman option
