We are very happy with our new couch. Style and fabric are just what we hope for. Staff at the store were very helpful.

Couch is comfortable, looks great. Even brand new the couch is soft and cozy.

A bit dismayed here with the quality of the couch stuffing. The large back pillows don't seem to be sturdy enough.

The feathers in the cushions poke through the upholstery and not only look unsightly but make sitting on the couch a downright uncomfortable experience. We put a lot of thought and time into our sofa purchase and most definitely did not experience this problem while sitting on the couch in the store. We hoped to enjoy this couch for years and we have been so disappointed with it.

I'm very happy with our new sofa, and I'm not sure why I was so overwhelmed by the process of selecting one! I looked online at so many different furniture stores. For me, here are a few things that what worked out well with Room & Board: -The fact that they had a store in our city helped a lot. I selected two potential sofas online but ultimately chose a completely different one after seeing them all in person. - One thing I was very concerned about was how the cushions would hold up. I don't like slouchy messy cushions that don't hold their shape, or ones where the fabric puckers. I had a very frank conversation with one of the salespeople in the store about this, and he offered his opinions about which sofas would be worse/better for me. So far, my cushions look great. - They let me choose probably 20 fabric swatches - there didn't seem to be any limits and they just let me stare at the fabric sample drawer. For some reason, it was helpful for me to see the swatches all together and up next to each other. I'm very happy with my purchase! #sweepstakes

This sofa is beautiful and functional. We ordered it with walnut legs and found that one side was much darker than the other. We called Room & Board and they sent someone over to do a leg exchange, no issues or hassle. Excellent sofa and excellent service!

I'm totally impressed by the R & B foundation, "stuffing," and upholstery quality. It is comfortable for my spouse (who has rods in his back) to stretch out on. There were plenty of well-described upholstery choices, my only regret is my own fault - I should have picked the lighter upholstery. It needed to be supportive but it feels heavy in our small space. I wish the seat cushions were wrapped in down like the back cushions. All in all, you get what you pay for - with this Room and Board sofa we got great value. All the people we dealt with from sales to delivery were top notch too.

I spent A LOT of time researching furniture build quality, manufacturers, fabrics, etc. I settled on buying from Room & Board because of their focus on US craftsmanship and complete transparency about where their furniture is manufactured. I visited the store no less than 3 times. On one visit, as I was leaving, the associate said, "You've been here all this time!?" I think I sat on every single sofa in there that was a standard depth. I was replacing a 101" long, 44" deep sofa that was just far too large for my new house. I chose the Stevens because of the sleek, modern design (I live in a mid-century bungalow, and the style is a perfect complement). The height is perfect. The seat back height is perfect. I only wish that the standard was a tad bit deeper in the seat. I chose the Mori fabric in Navy. The chenille is perfectly soft and the deep blue color matches my decor perfectly. I fluff my back pillows and rotate the cushions regularly and it still looks good as new. While it does shed feathers, I don't find it onerous.

This is a firm but cushy couch. The fabric (Tatum) is great and the overall look is quite nice. Two things have not been as good however: 1. The cushions get pushed out of shape quite easily and need to be pushed back into shape and flipped around regularly. 2. We've had issues with the original couch (springs were broken and it was quite loudly creaky) and now the replacement couch is coming apart at a corner. While everyone at Room and Board is incredibly gracious and customer focused, it's just the hassle of having to go through the whole process and waiting for a replacement that is super inconvenient. I'm surprised at the number of issues we've had because our purchases from a few years ago were completely hassle free from get go.
