Nice, sturdy, comfortable to sit on or use as foot rest. Note that it's very large! Even though it takes up a lot of room, it's nice to have foot rest for the other end of the chaise sofa, and you can slide it away from the sofa so you don't have to crawl up to get situated. Glad we got it with the sofa.
