Bought this sofa after testing out every other sofa in R&B showroom...twice! I was recommended the regular one but realized I needed the deep version after seeing it in person. Got it done in a striped fabric, the Prescott Olive which is striking and lovely. First off, this is more of a lounging sofa, not a formal one. It has a softer sit and a causal look to the cushions. Very much a sink-in sofa. Second, the deep is very deep, the size of a twin size bed. It was what I was looking for but might be worth a showroom check first. Third, the craftsmanship is really something. All the stripes are well aligned and seamless, beautiful really. All the cushions are reversible and flippable. I also ordered it with a matching ottoman to act as a moveable chaise. My only complaint is that the sofa smelled deeply like feathers when I first got it. That disappeared in a week after airing out but something to look out for. The cushions also lost a few feathers in the month I had it but not a dramatic amount. Feather lost might depend of the fabric. Overall though, love it! Hoping to enjoy this sofa for years to come. #sweepstakes

This is an excellent choice for any situation. Good lines, deep seat and back cushions, nicely constructed and above all comfortable

The 3-cushion seating is very comfortable compared to the 2-cushion couch it replaced. The design is simple but classic looking. The wood trim on the sides at the base is subtle but gives it a cool style.

Sofa is just what we wanted. Great quality at a fair price.

We are very happy with our new couch. Style and fabric are just what we hope for. Staff at the store were very helpful.

Couch is comfortable, looks great. Even brand new the couch is soft and cozy.

A bit dismayed here with the quality of the couch stuffing. The large back pillows don't seem to be sturdy enough.

The feathers in the cushions poke through the upholstery and not only look unsightly but make sitting on the couch a downright uncomfortable experience. We put a lot of thought and time into our sofa purchase and most definitely did not experience this problem while sitting on the couch in the store. We hoped to enjoy this couch for years and we have been so disappointed with it.

I'm very happy with our new sofa, and I'm not sure why I was so overwhelmed by the process of selecting one! I looked online at so many different furniture stores. For me, here are a few things that what worked out well with Room & Board: -The fact that they had a store in our city helped a lot. I selected two potential sofas online but ultimately chose a completely different one after seeing them all in person. - One thing I was very concerned about was how the cushions would hold up. I don't like slouchy messy cushions that don't hold their shape, or ones where the fabric puckers. I had a very frank conversation with one of the salespeople in the store about this, and he offered his opinions about which sofas would be worse/better for me. So far, my cushions look great. - They let me choose probably 20 fabric swatches - there didn't seem to be any limits and they just let me stare at the fabric sample drawer. For some reason, it was helpful for me to see the swatches all together and up next to each other. I'm very happy with my purchase! #sweepstakes

This sofa is beautiful and functional. We ordered it with walnut legs and found that one side was much darker than the other. We called Room & Board and they sent someone over to do a leg exchange, no issues or hassle. Excellent sofa and excellent service!
