The love of my life
Comments about Pierson 89" Sofa with Wood Base/Legs
I brought this couch unseen, then went into the store to confirm my choice when I was traveling and I couldn't be more happier. This couch is so soft but supportive easy to lounge but doesn't feel bulky or take up to much space.
I received my couch a month earlier than expected! The team was amazing and swift.

Perfect Sofa, Great Service
Comments about Pierson 102" Sofa with Wood Base/Legs
We had this sofa in a beautiful leather, the color of which unfortunately faded quickly even though it didn't have direct sunlight on it. Despite considerable time passing (multiple years) since we bought it, R&B customer service was absolutely incredible and allowed us to trade it out for the same sofa in another fabric, which we adore. Customer for life!

Perfectly Modern & Comfortable
Comments about Pierson 102" Sofa with Wood Base/Legs
After a rough experience with purchasing a couch from West Elm I went back to my go to Room & Board. While this couch was more expensive it's worth every dollar. The size is perfect, the fabric and color perfect and can tell it will stand up to the test of time. Not to mention it's comfortable. And it looks amazing on our space.
After waiting 7 months for West Elm to replace my defective couch I finally got them to cancel the replacement and pick up my old one. This couch from Room & Board had a 2+ month lead time and I was going to be without a couch for a month in between the pick up of my old one and the new one being delivered. I was pleasantly surprised when this new couch was ready to be delivered a month early. And the delivery crew were so kind.

FABULOUS
Comments about Pierson 89" Sofa with Wood Base/Legs
We love this sofa. After days of searching blogs and posts I felt confident in buying from R&B and specifically the Pierson. We were unsure on fabrics and appreciated the large quantity of free samples sent. We ending going a little unique with Faron Mauve and have to say it looks stunning. It's comfortable and sturdy and beautiful. 100% recommend. #Sweepstakes

Great Looking Sofa
Comments about Pierson 79" Sofa with Metal Base/Legs
#sweepstakes. I purchased the Pierson 79" Sofa with metal legs and couldn't be happier. There are so many fabric options to choose from in the store and online. Each Sofa at Room & Board has so many configuration options available. I like that the Pierson sits so firm. Sinking into the cushion is not for me. This is perfect. I can't wait to accessorize the room and tie everything together. This sofa replaced a Room & Board Sofa from years ago. The quality and selections are limitless.
The full service delivery is done with care in mind. The drop off was painless. All the packaging is removed giving me instant satisfaction.

Makes a Statement But Sacrifices Comfort
Comments about Pierson 89" Sofa
This couch looks incredible. It's a conversation starter and honestly, I just love looking at it. I don't necessarily love sitting on it though which is part of the point. It took many weeks and many many hours for the stiffness to easy a bit. The cushions need constant fluffing or else they become this uncomfortable stiff jumble behind you. But the most frustrating part of this sofa is the filling. I simply cannot sit on this couch in shorts without getting stabbed repeatedly by down feathers. It's a really frustrating thing for such a pricey piece.
Delivery was great. Service providers were quick, friendly, and on time. Product arrived wrapped securely in pristine condition.
