Beautiful, but poor quality. We originally purchased this couch in 2022, it almost immediately had a dip toward the middle. We contacted customer service and they sent someone to fix it, but they ended up replacing it. About a year later the dip returned and we now have supports under the cushions. For what we spent, we had expected the sofa to last and be comfortable for years.

I like a firmer couch that you don't sink into and this provides a lot of support. Reversible chaise is very convenient and gives a lot of flexibility. Looks great in my apartment and the style goes well with a lot of different decor types. #sweepstakes

Initially looking to purchase a Hollmes sofa. So glad I decided to add the chaise option. Incredibly comfortable whether sitting on the couch end, reclining on the chaise or laying down for a nap. Also extremely easy to clean after the dogs have perched on it. The color is perfect and the firmness of the seat and back give great support while still being cozy.

Well designed, good quality product. Many fabric choices to choose from.

I love this couch!! It is so versatile!! The ottoman flips to each side !

We're new to R&B and just discovered them a few months ago. Seen their story but didn't think much of it until we went inside and we instantly fell in love with their furniture. You can immediately tell the solid construction and clean design. We went to another furniture prior that was an online retailer but you can tell the difference in the quality. R&B uses solid wood and you can feel it. The price definitely reflects the product but you get what you pay for. #sweepstakes

I love the way this couch looks and feels. I had it covered with a good dog proof fabric called Sumner. My only issue is they do not make covers for their furniture. I have it covered so that I can make it last as long as possible. I have a dog with a thick double layered fur. He sheds every time I pet him so naturally his fur would be able to damage anything, eventually. I wish I could see the beautiful couch but I have to have it covered, if Room and Board made a cover it would be as beautiful as the couch. I can only hope one day they will make couch covers.

I really like this couch. I contemplated for several months checking out sofas in various stores and even looked online but I couldn't justify myself spending thousands on a sofa that I didn't get to sit on. I went to Room & Board probably 5 times before deciding on the sofa. I wanted a light-colored sofa because my living room is facing east and doesn't get good light in the second half of the day. And I wanted something that wouldn't looked smushed because it's the first thing you see every time you enter the house and you can see the sofa from various other rooms because of the layout of the house. I've been sitting on it for an hour and it's really comfortable but I am someone who likes a firm seat. Biggest con is that the chaise does in fact lift when you sit on it. The part where you feet rests lifts up a little from my weight. It's not that bad but if you wanted something perfect, that will probably annoy you a lot. For me, it's fine. I give the sofa an A-. Pretty great.

After sitting on all the couches in the showroom, this one stood out as one of the most firm! Currently use it in our living room, this would be great for a smaller space.

love this couch, the velvet fabric is very soft and my cat doesn't like to claw at it which is very nice! the chaise can go on either side also and it's so nice #sweepstakes
