Sundar

I was immediately attracted to the Sundar Rug in Room & Board's Washington, DC store. I believe it has a sophisticated and timeless design. The soft colors are particularly calming. It's also extremely comfortable to walk barefoot on...which I often do. The Sundar rug was actually the basis for several other pieces I bought at the same time including living room chairs, ottomans, etc. for my open concept home. While friends and family members have complimented me on my new furnishings, everyone is drawn to the Sundar rug. It adds just the right note to my home. I absolutely love it!

It is beautiful rug and great quality.

I like all the products from Room&Board, they are high quality and beautiful aesthetics. This rug is for the living room and I purchased it at the store for a great price as it was in the display. It looks like brand new! #sweepstakes

High quality, beautiful colors, and looks great in our living room.

The pattern and colors are lovely. The description did not say soft nor should it! The rug has the texture of an indoor/outdoor rug. Even with a thick rug pad it feels hard underfoot. The rug has no depth to speak of and feels coarse to the touch. It does not feel or look like a good quality rug at all so is being returned.

I would have never picked this rug had it not be for the astute design guidance from R&B designer, Tom. I struggled with the price tag but took the risk because the rug had all the colors in the palette I was creating for a garage apartment at our lake house in Maine. The rug is perfectly harmonious with the surrounding views and every time I look at it my heart smiles. I am super grateful for Tom's guidance and highly recommend working with an R&B designer.

Color lighter than a expected but lovely. Pairs well with greens, browns, gray. Try Tatum Gray and Sage microfiber. Pattern adds interest without being aggressive.
