Copenhagen

Stylish and functional. Great compliment to the Parsons adjustable standing desk to create an L shaped multi surface desk. Looks great in one of our executive offices.

I often order office furniture from Room & Board because the quality of the wood and metal finishes exceed any I have found for typical office solutions. This Copenhagen bench is no exception.

Iti is easy to write a review for Room and Board -- the assitance we received at the store was outstanding. The quality of the product was excellent. I re-designed my study and the components worked perfectly/

I use this piece with a Room & Board parsons table to make an L-shaped work space. It gives me room to spread out and keeps lots of material out of sight but still at my fingertips. I also found Room & Board Customer Service to be exceptional. I felt like my needs were important to them and they had an easy, can do attitude the whole way.

Has to wait for this for almost 4 months, but it was worth it. I have a R&B Copenhagen file cabinet and bookcase in Slate (which is a beautiful dark teal color). I also have the 72" Parsons desk and this Copenhagen file drawer bench fits under it perfectly and completes my office. I love it. There was one problem, but R&B fixed it (see service comments below). #sweepstakes

I chose this piece in the slate to go with a spalted wood table I use for my desk. I chose the black steel legs on the desk so I was considering this in black but the slate was the perfect choice. It has a bit more character while still being quite a dark color. The black pulls/knobs coordinate perfectly. It's height is perfect. It would slide under the desk should I have wanted that. As it is, I have it as the L for my desk and my printers/scanners sit on top while I have books / desk stuff handy. Very happy with the results.

Perfect for a media console sitting below the TB as with the sliding doors we can cover the media equipment when not in use.

Ordered for a multi use space/ personal office; used for storage as well as a room divider. The color choices are great and the materials is heavy duty/ holds up (we've used this material for vanities as well)

I had a relatively peculiar space I was solving for and this storage bench solved it perfectly! Pretty much could not find anything else anywhere that would work, and I am always happy going with room and board. The sliding door is a bit odd, I actually ended up just taking it off the track and having two open spaces (would recommend this as an option to R&B, or maybe have one open section and 2 file drawers maybe). Very solid construction as is obvious with R&B. I actually ordered a second, custom one to go right next to my current one! #sweepstakes

When delivery guys made the delivery, they commented on how the finish on this walnut piece looked ashy. I called R&B customer service to see about swapping this piece out but was told this supplier had recently switched their walnut source so all the walnut pieces were coming in with this grey look. The rep suggested we order another line of furniture to get the typical walnut color. We spent some time considering and experienced difficulty when we called back a couple days later to start a return, and got a different rep. This rep admitted the walnut used had changed, but that walnut naturally varied. True, walnut varies from light to medium, like other pieces in our home. But this new walnut looks grey washed, almost like R&B's grey ash finish. Ultimately we were able to get it returned. But be warned that if you order any of the Copenhagen line in walnut, it no longer looks like what you see in store or online. This was likely a cost saving decision made by the manufacturer, but R&B is not letting people know when they order. Very dishonest and not what we are used to with Room and Board. Disappointed #sweepstakes
