Outdoor Covers

We were drawn to the elegance of a wooden umbrella with a wooden base. The sun umbrella really elevated our rooftop patio.

The way in which this sits over the patio umbrella is sturdy, but there are 2 poles to help provide structure that do not easily fit within the pre-sewn pockets. We contacted R&B customer service and were just re-sent the manual without anyone actually looking at the product. The 'stiffeners' end up falling out. #sweepstakes

We purchased Room & Board's 'Maui' patio umbrella earlier this summer and enjoyed the shade during the warmest Chicago days. We purchased the cover to protect our investment over the winter and we plan to continue enjoying our umbrella for years to come.

It's great to have a cover to protect our new umbrella. The side opening with Velcro fasteners makes it easy to place on and remove from the umbrella and it folds easily.

Nice delivery and set up. Seems good! Looks solid and well made.

I still haven't figured out how to get this cover on. There are tent poles that you need to thread into it, but they fall out when you put it on the umbrella. Instructions are not good.

I have no doubt that this umbrella cover will extend the life of our umbrella and keep it clean and wasp nest-free. Maybe it's user error, but I haven't been successful, yet, in putting it on the umbrella without standing on our patio chairs. There are supports along the opening, with the idea that you'd be able to hold it upright and reach the top of the the umbrella from the ground, but it's just a bit floppy. Good idea, just doesn't work that well for me.
