These plant stands/end tables are the real deal. They are very heavy duty and sturdy. I would not hesitate to use them for heavy pieces of art. This one is holding a giant pathos that trails to the floor.
I now have a collection of different sizes for my plants. They are stylish and timeless in their design.

Over the years, R&B has provided many excellent metal pieces for my home. I have the metal Architecture full bed, multiple black metal tables with glass tops throughout my house, several metal small side tables which move easily from enclosed sun porch to outdoor deck.
And now I have the 42" tall stand or pedestal table. A shorter one (32"?) will be delivered later......but for now, I'm delighted to have this one sitting in the narrow space next to my Architecture bed, with a stack of books on top!
The design is classic R&B as well as excellent workmanship. No raw welds anywhere, totally elegant in presentation. It does not wobble, stays precisely as I placed it, and looks like it was made for that spot. I cannot wait for the shorter table of the same size to arrive for the other side of the bed.

I have purchased 5 tables in this style over the years and this is the 2nd pedestal table (same size) that I have and I love them all. I enjoy the modern look and this particular size fits perfectly in the space for which it is assigned. I couldn't ask for more or better!

We looked for a long time for a tall (over 36") plant stand and had hoped to find something with a slightly smaller footprint that was sturdy and stable and a little less expensive than this. But now that this has arrived, I am totally delighted with the look and the strength. We have a few other pieces from Room & Board in natural steel (legs to cabinet, bed, mirror frame) so I am sure that we will always be able to put this to use effectively in our home.
Our piece arrived with one of the "feet" broken off. We emailed straight away and got an almost immediate response offering to send a new "foot" for us to insert or offering a full replacement of the stand. We decided to try the repair ourselves and the replacement part arrived in less than a week and we were able to accomplish the repair. This experience is similar to the other small problems we've had with items from R&B and was easily resolved.
