Exceeded my expectations! The quality of both the wood shelf and the metal towel holder is top notch. It's easy to install (though it only came with four screws and you really need eight). It's a beautiful piece of wood and for an entryway, it's both functional and beautiful. I appreciate the craftsmanship and it's signed by the woodworker. I'm tempted to order another but need to figure out where I'd put it!

The brown screws were missing from the package, but I was able to find brown enamel paint to make my own custom color screws. I also recommend hand screwing the drywall anchors into the drywall as using a power tool will apply too much torque and break the soft metal of the anchors.

One pre drilled screw hole on the shelf was too shallow causing my drill to unexpectedly strip the screw. The supply drywall anchors are poor quality and broke. I had to use an alternate brand. The shelf itself is of good quality and as advertised.
