The Latest on Guaranteed Pricing
Even as economic and global uncertainty impacts the furniture industry, we’re continuing our price guarantee. This means we update our pricing every January and June, with the goal of always offering the best value for the quality and service we provide. The rest of the year, prices stay the same so you can shop with confidence.
More than 90% of our furniture and decor is made by artisans in the United States. Our decades-long focus on U.S. manufacturing allows us to keep price changes relatively small and limited. However, we are planning to make some focused adjustments this month.
Current prices are guaranteed through June 22. Here’s what’s changing on June 23.
- We are reducing prices on imported rugs due to tariff shifts. We are also reducing prices on a small number of other items. If you have an impacted order awaiting delivery, we will honor the new lower price and refund you the difference. There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll process your refund and email you an updated receipt by Friday, June 26.
- “Made-for-you” fabric and leather items and select stocked upholstered furniture will increase in price due to rising petroleum costs and its impact on the foam industry. If you’re considering one of these items, we encourage you to order before June 23. The majority of stocked fabric and leather items will remain the same price.
- If you’re a business customer and have an active quote or request a new quote before June 23, we will honor those prices for 90 days, even if they’ve increased in the meantime.
