Coles

The Coles Vanity looks beautiful sitting in our bathroom. The quality is top notch. #sweepstakes

The quality, construction and style of this vanity work perfectly in our guest bathroom.

My longer review is on trustpilot. Room and Board limits comments--they seem to want praise and not complaints here. Despite reading high praise about Room and Board from sites like Wirecutter, I cannot recommend Room and Board after major issues with their quality control and service. I ordered the vanity for a bathroom renovation, and dealing with Room and Board resulted in construction delays and significant stress. When my vanity arrived, there was a large crack under the sink. I experienced delays in receiving the replacement sink, and when it was delivered, Room and Board sent me the wrong item: the sink on its own, but the sink and vanity counter are glued together. When calling the company through the delivery person, this point person suggested my contractor remove the broken sink and glue the working sink to the top. While this suggestion came from Room and Board's higher ups, Room and Board did not provide any instructions for this assembly. My contractor and I were not comfortable with this suggestion—I also want to note that it assumed that either my contractor works for free or that I pay for fixing for Room and Board's mistakes. Room and Board offered to replace the entire vanity top (top plus attached sink), but this would take another two months, yet another significant delay. In the end, I went to a local store and found a vanity top and sink that would fit the vanity. I returned the vanity top and sink to Room and Board and installed the Coles cabinet portion. The cabinet portion also had quality control issues. At least two drawers did not open easily, and one did not close flush with the vanity face. Room and Board sent a third party to fix the drawers. The repairman was more interested in taking photos to validate the work to Room and Board than in adequately repairing the vanity. He had to remove a cabinet door, and I later learned that he did not fully attach the hinge because he stripped one of the screws. We fixed it ourselves.

So unique and pretty. It's pricey but worth it, I couldn't find anything else as interesting to go with the mid century style of my house. #sweepstakes

#sweepstakes I would buy this again in a heartbeat, the slat doors make it a real statement piece!

I took a long time to decide on buying this because my husband and I loved it in the store but its pricey compared to other vanities. I'm so glad I did because it's beautiful and striking in person. The slat doors are so unique!

I have several pieces of this collection and they are beautiful. The color is true to the sample. The customer service for this company is excellent.

This vanity exceeded my expectations. The color was perfect and quality was excellent.

We're very happy with our Coles Vanity. It fits perfectly in our small space and looks great. We were also able to purchase a matching side splash, which was a nice addition. Delivery was quick and hassle-free.

The Cole vanity is attractive and solid. We bought without a top and added our own. We like it enough to buy the double sink version (again without a top) for our master bathroom.
