Quality of Construction Exceeded Expectations
Comments about Linear 72w 21.75d 34h Double-Sink Vanity with Shelf & Left & Right Overhang
We knew that we loved the look, design and feel of the vanity, but I reserved judgment on the build quality until I could see the piece in our home getting installed. There is more of a mix of materials than I anticipated, and I am still very impressed with the overall build quality. This is a sturdy and beautiful piece
Room and Board delivery is always top notch in my opinion. If they screw up, which they didn't in this case, they own it. They are careful not just with your purchase, but in your home. They are polite even when access is difficult and can raise stress levels, like they could have with this delivery, which was far from easy.

Love the vanity itself but…
Comments about Linear 72w 21.75d 34h Double-Sink Vanity with Shelf & Left & Right Overhang
The hardware keeps rusting. I got the stainless steel and had to replace the knobs because of rust. They are already rusting again after less than a year. I just noticed that the trim is starting rust as well. Maybe the other knobs are fine.
The delivery was fine, and the product was in good condition.

Clean Lines, Zero Clutter
Comments about Linear 70.5w 21.75d 34h Double-Sink Vanity with Drawers & Shelf & No Overhang
The Room & Board Linear Vanity is a solid choice if you're into a clean, modern look — the open shelf underneath is handy for towels or baskets, and the soft-close doors and full-extension drawers feel well-made. You've got plenty of options to customize the wood finish, base metal, and countertop, so it's easy to dial in something that fits your space.

I don't recommend the all drawer version
Comments about Linear 48w 21.75d 34h Single-Sink Vanity with Drawers & Shelf & L&R Overhang
I have two linear vanities in my bathrooms. The one in my master bath has a combination of drawers and cabinets, while the guest bath has an all-drawer version. In practice, the all-drawer design is limiting. Once the stone top is installed—secured with construction adhesive—it's impossible to access or adjust the plumbing. We discovered this when my new plumbing was leaking. It also lacks flexibility for storing larger items.
The drawer-and-cabinet combination in the master bath is far more functional. I recommend that configuration instead.

This vanity is so far living up to exactly what we hoped. It's kept its clean look when installed. The drawers are useful and easy to open and close.

On the outside, it looks nice, but it is cheaply made.

Made of unsealed particle board that absorbs moisture
Comments about Linear 24.5w 21.75d 34h Single-Sink Vanity with Shelf & No Overhang
Room & Board's product details for this item really buries the fact that this particular vanity (and possibly others in their bathroom furniture product line) is built from components that are 90% particle-board with unsealed edges that will absorb water like a sponge. I have owned this item for less than 30 days before, and it has already started warping and deforming from normal use. To make matters worse, the company does not stand behind the item, and in a recent call, more or less blamed me for using it near water -- IN A BATHROOM !
