Second set of these chairs
Comments about Otis Swivel Chair
Already owned two Otis chairs, as they are the most comfortable chair in the world. Had a new space, knew the Otis chairs would fill it, so purchased two more. IDk how they are so perfectly designed to fit everyone that sits in the, and the swivel is a great feature.

Delivery was great, but one of the chairs had some damage. A replacement chair was sent out with no argument.

Swiveling is fun

This was purchased from stocked inventory, but it arrived earlier than expected. We love it and our house guests do too - especially the swiveling.
The delivery team was friendly, on-time, professional, and tidy. It was the easier delivery experience we've ever had.

Stylish chairs
Comments about Otis Swivel Chair
I really enjoy these stylish swivel chairs, though I thin I may have discovered a design flaw. Because of the cool bucket back, the material is starting to crease after sitting against it. It's not enough for me to give up on them, but it may be consideration for others.
Went very smoothly. The delivery guys were very courteous.

A chair that feels like a hug
Comments about Otis Swivel Chair
You'd think a compact chair like this would feel very formal and upright, but that's not the case with Otis. The seat is the perfect size and the arms feel like they're embracing you. Extremely comfortable, especially when you're swiveling! #sweepstakes

Would buy again.
Comments about Otis Swivel Chair
Basically a great chair, not quite up to the quality I'd expect from Room and Board. Fibers in weave are put together in such a way that the backrest looks like a discoloration. Some of the seams are irregular. These detractions were not enough for me to return the chair, but did take away one star.
Shipping and delivery were perfect.
