It's listed as a dresser, but I use it in my office. More beautiful than standard office furniture. I got the reclaimed elm wood and the variety it beautiful. I love the drawers, especially the large ones on the bottom. Beautiful and functional.

Aesthetically pleasing Quality craftsmanship Love the rounded edges and natural wood color

We got the Hensley 10-drawer dresser in rye-stained oak. It is gorgeous. Note that the top 6 drawers are rather shallow, shallower than most dresser drawers. We use ours in our bedroom, but it would look just as stunning in a dining or living room.

I couldn't be happier with the Hensley Eight-Drawer/Two-Door Dresser. From the moment it was delivered, this piece exceeded my expectations in every way—from craftsmanship and materials to storage capacity and design aesthetic. Elegant Design The Hensley strikes the perfect balance between modern minimalism and timeless warmth. The clean lines and subtle hardware give it a sleek, contemporary feel, while the natural wood grain (I chose the walnut finish) adds organic richness and depth. It effortlessly anchors the room and elevates the space without overpowering it. Exceptional Build Quality As with all Room & Board pieces I've purchased, the build quality is phenomenal. The drawers glide smoothly, the doors close flush, and the solid construction is immediately noticeable. Nothing about this piece feels flimsy or mass-produced—it's heirloom quality furniture that I expect to last for decades. Thoughtful Storage The combination of eight generously sized drawers and two spacious cabinet doors makes organizing a dream. I use the drawers for clothing and smaller items, while the cabinet area is perfect for bulkier pieces like bags or extra bedding. The layout is both functional and intuitive, and everything has its place.

Pricey but highest quality. Looks great. The drawers have a nice slide. Most dressers on the market even pricey ones have very cheap sliders.

I plan to keep this dresser forever. It has an exceptional presence in my office, with huge amount of storage. Drawer depth is exactly 15 inches, which is a good size for matching bamboo drawer organizing trays for smaller things. Ending up buying a bunch of them for the top two rows to organize. Went back and forth between the walnut and oak. Ended up with oak - the Ten-Drawer dresser is such a large piece that the lighter color really helps keep smaller rooms feeling bigger. Worth it - despite being more expensive that any other piece of furniture the value is clearly there.

Without a doubt the nicest piece of furniture I've ever owned. The wood is stunning and is perfect.

Overall great construction but a problem with the hardware installation that was not caught by quality control, and could not get a call back from the sales person after 3 attempts. After delivery we noticed that 2 of the drawer pulls were not installed correctly. The space they sat in was a few mm narrow, so when they were screwed in one side was not flush, so it was higher than the height of the drawer. This caused the drawer to stick, so you had to push it closed extra forcefully. This resulted in damage to the wood above the drawer. I made 3 calls to get in touch with the design associate we worked with, but never got a call back from her. The people taking calls and messages did not tell me that she was on vacation for several weeks, they made it sound like I'd get a call back later the same day. We were tired of waiting, so my husband removed the hardware, cut away the wood so the hardware would sit flush, then had to use a different screw in order to use the same screw hold to re-attach the hardware (the original screw head would no longer fit because of the widened mount area). He had to do this for 5 drawer pulls on this piece, and 5 more on 2 other pieces we bought. For the price we paid, we should not have had to do this ourselves. When calling Room & Board to ask for our design associate, they never asked about the issue or if they could help, they just said the other person would call back. That is why we didn't know about the service that could have fixed this. There was no quality control checklist inside this and 2 other pieces with the same problem.
