    Love the look

Comments about Beam 36w 12d Small Drawer/Large Drawer Insert
This was the only product in the Beam set that I ordered that was not damaged. Drawers open smooth. Easy to install. I like the look.

    Extremely disappointed

Comments about Beam 36w 12d Small Drawer/Large Drawer Insert
I ordered two of the Beam 36w units for my office bookshelves. The units arrived and were completely different colors. I ordered them replaced and when the second units arrived after being back ordered, they also were not an identical color, but I dealt with it. Now after a few weeks being installed, one of the drawers has warped and will not close correctly. Huge buyer's remorse given the cost of this unit.

Item received with large crack in drawer.

Comments about Beam 24w 12d Small Drawer/Large Drawer Insert
Order multiple pieces, a few of which are damaged or poor finish. Called to get replacement. Did not replace everything. Very disappointing as this was very expensive.
