Berkeley

It's a little difficult to lift up the mattress to put sheets on.

I think this bed really balances function/simplicity with nice design. I like the cut-outs and center post in the headboard, and I appreciate the 4-legged design over a platform bed since it's easier for cleaning and still leaves some space for underbed storage even with the storage drawers. The drawers themselves are slightly lower capacity than I was expecting, but they easily fit spare bedding, including a duvet, which is really all I needed. I also like that the bed has a footboard, but one that is low enough that a comforter/quilt can be hung over it or tucked in and look good either way. I got the white oak and it looks much different from the picture online, so much so that I thought maybe I received one of the stained options, but customer service was very responsive and patient, and they convinced me that I did receive the right bed and that the wood will darken and yellow with time. My only real complaint about this bed is that I wish it sat just slightly higher off the ground for fitting things underneath in the space not taken up by the drawers.

Purchased this bed as part of new post-renovation bedroom suite. We looked at over a dozen different beds, but kept coming back to the fact that we have always been impressed and satisfied by our Room & Board purchases. We were not disappointed. Very solid and well-made. Zero noise getting in or out of bed. Very attractive mid-century modern aesthetic.

Very well made

This bed with end tables is a great addition to any bedroom. with quality design and construction.

Bet nice looking bed with matching night stands. Quality build with good material, except susceptible to scratches. No need for a box spring, but I added a 2" mat underneath to raise mattress a little #sweepstakes

The bed is great- no surprises compared to online pics. Simple solid great. And using w no box spring totally fine
