The deep sofa is so perfect. I love the fabric. It's so pretty. I'm in love with this sofa. I had difficulty picking the right couch but room and board customer service was patient with me, and the delivery guys were phenomenonal. Only one thing, the matching throw pillows are a little too large for the couch. I prefer the smaller ones.

Perfect couch. Great to lounge or put a pillow behind your back and be comfortable sitting upright.
The one criticism I have is that the feet are ugly in my opinion. I removed the feet and replaced them with hidden, inch thick, square pieces of wood. This lowered the couch about an inch, improving the proportions, and improved the look tremendously.

The Metro couch surpassed all of my expectations. It's cozy, deep, soft, plush, while not being too soft, and also perfectly shaped.
I purchased the performance fabric, which will be perfect when I adopt a cat, and it's so soft!!
I can't say enough about Room&Board when it comes to the level of service. I wasn't aware of the brand until I walked into their store in New York. From the get-go, everyone was so attentive and kind. I'd never purchased a couch before, and the associate was ready for any question that I had.
Once I received the original couch, I quickly realized it was far too big for my living room and panicked. The next day I walked into the store and embarrassingly told the associate the mistake I made. Room&Board made the process of replacing the couch seamless. I literally did nothing except schedule the pickup and drop off date. Such a wonderful experience all around!! And the new couch is perfect for my space!!
