Milton

This leather chair with reclining function is amazing. Fits nicely in my home office. We got the wide model and both my wife and I fit on it side by side. It is super comfortable and it smells amazing (like high end leather). The reclining function is also great as it lies close to flat, and the best part is I can place the chair against a wall and the head portion does not hit the wall on recline!

I purchased the Milton power recliner in cognac to replace my husband's old recliner. It's a bit of a gamble buying a major piece of furniture without first testing it. Fortunately, my husband loves it. The chair is very well built and comfortable. I'm happy with the design. I would definitely purchase this chair again. #sweepstakes

Comfortable chair that adds to my study.

Super comfortable, nice elegant look. I'm kind of petite but it works wonders for my size.

Wonderful recliner! Looks great in room and looks great.

We were looking to replace a recliner from Room & Board that we purchased quite a few years ago. This ha been a really great recliner, one of those that showed great quality and was perfect. Searching for the past several months had been difficult since everything had to measure against this benchmark. Thinking this new one would work, we purchased it and waited 2 months for delivery. The delivery team was great, the recliner, not so much. Little things began to come to my attention, an over torqued screw on the control panel has burrs, the back cushion looks like it was used for years after only a few weeks on minimal use, the back cushion is stitched to the back of the chair and the area is under load when you recline causing tension on the stitch area. Over disappointed in the chair and quality as I expect more from Room & Board. Now looking for someone that can restore my favorite recliner to its former glory.

I couldn't be happier with my Milton Leather Power Recliner (Standard Size) from Room & Board. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. They sent leather samples ahead of time at my request, which made it so easy to choose the perfect color for my space with confidence. Delivery was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free, and the setup was quick and effortless. What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service. When the leather seat cushion arrived slightly wrinkled from packaging, they immediately took care of it by sending a technician to my home. He expertly steamed the leather, and the cushion now looks perfect. Room & Board truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend them—not just for the quality of their furniture, but for the outstanding service and care they provide every step of the way. The chair is comfortable and a perfect gift for my husband!

We had an issue with the first chair that came and it was replaced. Every one involved were very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend.

The leather is beautiful and I was able to select a color that complements our other R&B furniture and rug. I believe that it represents very good value for the cost.

Great quality, and very comfortable! We originally got it in a leather we weren't crazy about. As usual, Room & Board's customer service was exemplary and they swapped it out with a different leather we love! There are several leathers available I this chair so make sure to look at samples before ordering!
