Baylor

I have had my Baylor for little over a year and the back pillows go flat. Room and Board replaced them once already, and the new ones are already going flat after about two months of use.

This sectional is roomy, comfortable, and looks gorgeous. We debated for months on size, color, fabric, etc. and ended up buying this in the Conley natural. Could not be happier, it makes our living room feel so cozy.

We've had this couch (left arm chaise in Conley natural Fabric for a few weeks now and still really like it! We tested so many couches, looked at reviews, and ultimately took the chance on this new model based on how comfy it was in store. We were a bit nervous about the lack of reviews compared to other couches but decided to go for it considering Room & Board's amazing customer service and ability to return if it didn't meet our needs. The couch fits great in our long narrow living room. We were afraid it might be too chunky/big but it fills out the space great. The chunky arms are nice feature, and our toddler has loved using it as a "catwalk". We love the depth - comfortable to sit on and also take a nap. So far, every guest we've had over has taken a nap on the couch (6+) and comment on how comfortable it is. We've fit 6 adults on the couch at a time plus some kids. I'm still a bit nervous about the fabric and durability of cushions and back pillows with two toddlers. So far, we have had no problems and the springs in the cushions seem to keep the cushions at just the right comfort level - soft but with some support so you don't sink in. #sweepstakes
