We're sorry for this disappointing experience. Nearly all of our chaise options will have a seam because fabric width is only 54". If a chaise is longer than say 52", there will be a seam. We can't turn the fabric to run the longer way as then it will be opposite the rest of the upholstery on your sofa and will be noticeably different. We try to place the seam at the back of the cushion so that the back cushion covers the seam.
