York

Sofa is well made. Very comfortable. Would buy again

Adding the couch to my previous Room and Board purchase of two chairs completed my family room. Thank you David Forde for your room design expertise.

I really like this loveseat. It has a firm, yet cushioned seat. It's just the size and look I wanted. The unfortunate downside: the fabric I ordered (Conley Oatmeal) says it is "pet friendly". It is not.

Well constructed with good support.

Its always challenging when you order a specific item and then wait for a while before seeing it in the intended space. I was so happy to know that it fit perfectly, both in size and color! The cushions are firm, which I really like. The fabric is lovely and coordinates beautifully. Very happy!

I am so happy with my purchase of this sofa. The mocha color goes great with my Amos chairs. It is comfortable to sit on and the cushions are firm yet giving. I expect to enjoy this sofa for year to come. My one ask is for R&B to offer more printed fabrics. #sweepstakes

I ordered this sofa in a custom fabric, which came out beautiful. The sofa is soft, supportive, and the perfect seat height for me. It appears to be well made and there aren't any defects with the upholstery that I can see (all looks good). Overall, I would purchase this again.

We bought the York after sitting on it in the showroom and at friends' homes. Ordering and delivery were easy and professional. The sofa arrived and felt less deep than the floor model and stiff, but seems to be settling in more every day. It is classic and very comfortable. We love it and would buy again!

This sofa has excellent construction and is very comfortable.

I bought two 87" York sofas in Crawford Putty. Before they arrived, I was concerned about the color as the website color looks nothing like the actual color. They will give you a tiny square of the fabric which honestly doesn't help much. In the store they have large pieces of fabric which is great but they don't loan those out to take home to compare to the rest of the house (I even offered to bring it back before the store opened the next morning). I recommend that they start checking out large fabric pieces for a day or so. They told me that I could return the couches if they were not the right color which seems like a crazy way to solve this problem. That would be a huge hassle and cost for the company. Fortunately, when they arrived they matched my room well! I love them but a couple of things to note. When you sit on the sofa there is a crunchy sound at first. Almost like wax paper is in the cushion. It only makes this sound when you first sit down so I live with it, it is not a huge issue. My other concern is that the cushions look a bit wrinkly where we sit. I rotate the cushions weekly but they still have an indent and wrinkle where we have sat. I can smooth them away some but I hope these areas don't get worse over time. #sweepstakes
