Great sofa and service
Comments about Baylor 138" Sofa w/Left-Arm Chaise
Were very happy with the sofa. Originally we ordered a right sofa, but pretty quickly realised a left one would work better. We called up and they swapped it over hassle free

So Comfortable
Comments about Baylor 138" Sofa w/Right-Arm Chaise
We absolutely love our new Baylor sofa with chaise! From the moment it arrived, it exceeded our expectations in both comfort and style. The fabric is beautifully neutral, which makes it incredibly versatile and easy to match with almost any décor. It adds a clean, modern touch to our living space without overpowering the room.
What truly sets this sofa apart, though, is the comfort. The down-filled cushions are unbelievably soft and plush—it's like sinking into a cloud every time we sit down. Whether we're lounging, watching TV, or even napping, it offers the perfect blend of support and coziness. In fact, it's so comfortable, it's almost like having an extra bed in the house!
The chaise is a great addition too—it's perfect for stretching out and relaxing. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's stylish, supremely comfortable, and clearly well made. Highly recommend!
The delivery process was great! The delivery team was professional, courteous, and took care with our home and the furniture. Setup was quick and efficient, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. We really appreciated how seamless it all was.

SO COMFORTABLE!!!
Comments about Baylor 138" Sofa w/Right-Arm Chaise
You have no idea how much we love this couch. It's the first piece of furniture we replaced after the Palisades Fire. I think we sat on every couch at the Culver City location. Their staff was incredibly helpful, especially with fabrics. This couch with Mori fabric is plush. soft, great for hanging out or taking a nap.
As always, Room & Board/s delivery service was fast. on time, and courteous. They even recommended that this couch benefitted from fluffing the cushions often.

LOVE it. Incredibly Comfy
Comments about Baylor 138" Sofa w/Left-Arm Chaise
We have had this couch for a little over a week and our entire family LOVES this couch. The longer sitting area (not the chaise) is super comfortable and the cushions look/feel like they will keep their shape well over time. Now the for Chaise - this part of the couch is more comfortable than my bed! It is basically like having a twin size bed in your living room and our family is always fighting for their turn on it.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is wanting to lounge and be comfortable but still have a sleek look for their living room.
Delivery was great! They were right on time at the beginning of the delivery window we were given. Friendly, professional and helpful with explaining brief details about how the two large pieces fit together.
