Vienna

I haven't had a couch in years. Many years. I spent hours looking at sofas, only to walk away unable to committ. When I went to the Room and Board showroom, I was comforted by the options (my partner is over 6'4''!) and the focus on sustainability as someone aware of those omnipresent 'forever chemicals.' Heather, the associate I worked with, helped me with all the choices and options. On something that had previously overwhelmed me, she made the process so much easier. I left with a sofa ordered, and I felt like I put my money towards a company that aligns with my values. And ultimately, that's the best purchase transaction I can ask for.

We purchased this sofa for our family room and couldn't be happier. It seats our family of four comfortably, doesn't require any cushion fluffing, and the fabric we chose is truly cat proof (no scratching!) I would highly recommend. Customer service helped us through a challenging issue but really came through for us.

This couch, overall, is extremely comfortable, looks good, and helps with my back issues. My little one described it as "sitting on air." But, the corner piece should be fit on one side or the other with a longer cushion. With the small cushion an adult is boxed into sitting very upright to not be sitting in the cracks.

We had a 72 inch Room & Board Reese sofa for 12 years, but after a recent remodel, we have more space. There was never a doubt we would purchase another Room & Board sofa because of the quality! We are obsessed with our new couch in Spiced Curry.

I customized the feet and the fabric and it came out perfectly!
