The second the ottoman was delivered, I knew I'd made a mistake and it doesn't look like the website photo. The cushion on top of the ottoman is at least 50% larger than it should be - so if sitting in the chair, your legs are up at a 30 degree angle and then slide off the overstuffed cushion. I called customer service to try to get a smaller volume cushion and was told that's not possible. I was told I should take the cushion inside and walk all over it for a period of weeks to months so that it flattened out a little. That seems way too high maintenance for outdoor furniture that I'd like to use now. And by the time the cushion flattened, it'd be outside of the return window - that's too much of a risk for $800+.

This product is so well made, we are looking forward to enjoying this sofa for years to come. The cushions are well stuffed so they won't be deflating any time soon. The zippers on the cushions work beautifully so the covers can be washed. It was a little pricey for us but it is well worth it. #sweepstakes
