Our parsons table is exactly what we have been looking for. It is very sturdy with a minimalist design that fits our location perfectly. The glass top seems to be totally fingerprint proof and the design allows our chairs to fit underneath even though they have arms.

I ordered a 36" square parsons table with stainless steel legs. Initially, I ordered the grey granite top. But it seemed lighter than expected, and I wasn't thrilled with the texture. I swapped the top for the black ceramic - and LOVE it!! I like the glossy, easy to clean glass surface. It's just perfect for my small kitchen. Classy and durable. So happy with our purchase! We moved into a new place and were excited to have space for a real dining table, hoping to have friends and family over a lot. I did a lot of research and landed on Room & Board's Parsons Table with a stone top so that it is easy to keep clean and a good surface for arts and crafts, homework, and all the different things our family does at the table. I am so happy with our purchase! We are already hosting get togethers of 6-10 people (sometimes the soccer team and pizza!). The table looks impressive and clean and our guests always comment on it. It is easy to design around because of its elegant simplicity. Room & Board, thanks for making high quality, good-looking furniture in the USA. We appreciate you for that!
Delivery was first rate. The table was delivered exactly on schedule, and the team was in clear communication. We live I. An apartment building with insurance requirements, and the R&B team handled that smoothly. The delivery team had to carry the heavy table up a flight of stairs. They were careful and set the table and top up carefully, centered under our ceiling lamp. They are masters - All was done well in less than 45 minutes. Thank you!

I got the maple top, thinner white 1.5" legs, and 80x40 size and love it. The wood is gorgeous and the white legs give the overall table a light, floaty feel despite the VERY solid materials. I went back and forth on whether to get the 40" width or slightly slimmer and am glad I stuck with the 40". It did feel slightly wide when empty at first, but as soon as I had people seated on both sides with serving dishes in the middle I knew it would have felt too crowded if it were narrower. My kiddo and I also appreciate the extra space to spread out when we're playing board games or crafting (with silicon mats to protect the wood, of course!). Definitely recommend!

Beautiful top, ok legs

The walnut top is beautiful. No cracks or warpage, smooth finish, and it has a very matte, subdued shine. The edges are perfectly square and there are no chips or burrows on the surface.
The legs are fine. Functionally, they're super stable (atleast in the 2in configuration) with absolutely no wobble no matter how hard I nudge. But the fit and finish isn't quite up to par with how I'd expect such a simple design to be at this price. There is visible welding where the leg meets the crossbars. And also the top isn't quite flush with the outside face of the legs/crossbar. I'd think this is an intentional design choice, except for the fact that this gap isn't quite even on all sides.
Overall I think this is a great option for those who want premium materials and understated design without spending an obscene amount of money. #sweepstakes
The table arrived in perfect condition and I have no complaints about the delivery process.
