Perfect
Comments about Parsons 46w 15d 18h Bench
I love everything about my Parsons bench! The fabric is beautiful and compliments the base finish (mineral) well. Cindy, the designer at the Costa Mesa location, was great with helping me choose the perfect fabric/base combination.
I was able to pick up my bench from the warehouse. The men at the warehouse were very nice and loaded it into my car with ease.

Nice bench. Big seam in the middle
Comments about Parsons 58w 15d 18h Bench
Was looking for a bench to fit a specific spot in our room; this one fit the bill. It is a nice bench, sturdy & the right size. Only complaint is a weird seam in the middle.
I brought it to the attention of customer service and they said it was a design element and would be on future benches (was checking on an exchange). Debated ordering another fabric, but the ones we liked were long lead times.
Would recommend with caveats. Fortunately ours is in the closet, so my wife told me to let it go.
Customer service was great. Delivery was on time and easy.

Beautiful and Comfortable
Comments about Parsons 46w 15d 18h Bench
The 46" Parsons bench is beautifully made and quite comfortable (even my cat agrees). Our driver installed felt pads on the legs at delivery so the bench slides well on our hardwood floors. We chose the Conley fabric in natural and it coordinates well with the marbled bright white ceramic tabletop of our Parsons table.

The delivery process was perfection. Ivan called to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He and his partner were extremely careful and conscientious, removing their shoes and communicating well with one another as they moved our new pieces into position. Absolute fantastic experience!

I am a fan of Room & Board and I still am but….
Comments about Parsons 66w 15d 18h Bench
I like the style and look of the iron legs on the parsons bench I selected. I also like the fabric. However, I did not notice that it had a seam right in the center and I do not like how that looks. I have put a throw on it to hide it. It's my fault since I chose a dark fabric in which the seam does not show up well in photos. So I was surprised when the bench arrived and the seam was noticeable. I decided to live with it.

Very pleased with this bench seat. Would definitely order it again for clients. It has a simple style which can be used in several environments.
Always the best delivery and install ever. Their quality control is above board. The crew inspects at delivery time and then after the items are installed.
