The fixture is a very attractive piece, but it has some issues: 1. No matter how much I try to adjust it, the fixture is perpetually a little off level. I have been unable to determine if this is due to an imbalance or the power cord being kinked 2. Even with a 120W equivalent bulb, the light cast is dimmer than my previous similar fixture with a 60W equivalent. I wish the shade let more light through 3. Part of the hardware around the power cord was pre-clamped onto the cord, leaving a mark on it. Luckily, it is hard to see. 4. If you have a shallow electrical junction box in your ceiling, be ready to bust out the hacksaw. I had to cut down the threaded sleeve for the cord because it projects significantly into the box. All in all, a nice piece - if quite costly for what it is - and it would use some tweaks.

This pendant chandelier is a stunner, a great compromise between an overly formal chandelier and bland modern plain pendants. The walnut frame is made of very nice wood, and matched our other walnut furniture. Install was also easy, and I appreciate that the threaded hanger can be modified to work with an old chandelier mount. My issue is with the design of the wooden frame, and the sensitivity to alignment / weighting. The first frame we received hung noticeably crooked. R&B was great about providing a replacement, and this one is better, but still a bit crooked if you look closely or if you check with a level.

Easy to install, absolutely perfect and well-made. The quality I expect from Room and Board. Package came as packaged from manufacturer. Included a 100 watt equiv bulb (too bright).

We put this above our dining room table and put a dimmable bulb in it. Our dining room is about a usual size dining room, maybe 14 x 16 or so. It illuminates the table really nicely and gives the right amount of light to the rest of the room in a way that is pleasantly ambient, especially at night. I would say if you want or need a high amount of illumination in your room you may want to supplement this light with other overhead lighting or lamps in other areas. However, I was initially a little worried this wouldn't put off enough light for my taste and actually it does. It looks great in the room too. Not difficult to install or put together and it doesn't weight very much either so its easy to handle.

Very solid construction. The cords could be more durable. They scratch when you pull to desired length, but other then that they are fantastic!

This light is perfect for over our dining table. I think that the quality is worth the price.

Very nice.

The shade covers the bottom too, so it provides perfect diffused glow of light. The walnut frame compliments my walnut table beautifully. The lamp is well made and was easy to hang.

Love the design and high-quality linen shade. This adds a modern-crafty vibe to our new kitchen, which I love. Unfortunately the wood is rough in some spots and the shade doesn't sit level within the wooden frame, which is disappointing given the price. #sweepstakes

We've received unsolicited compliments on this light. It fits our dining area perfectly and looks stylish and modern.
