York

The couch is better than I could have imagined. Perfectly fit my room and thanks to the help of great in store personnel, I was able to settle in the right color. It's a bit pricey but it feels incredibly sturdy and will last

Really great couch, looks fantastic and fits the space really nicely. I had no idea how comforatble a couch could be till this one arrived. The reversable chaise was great for us to figure out which side worked better, super easy to switch back and forth, but I do wish there was a way to attached it at this point. Big picture- highly recomend.

I really had no idea how much more comfortable a couch could be until we gout our R&B sofa. It's lovely, and looks great too!

Couch is perfect. Works great in my living room.

Couch is super comfortable and attractive. Clean lines. Just the right amount of cushion.

After months of research & visits to so many furniture stores, I am so glad to have purchased from Room & Board. This product is well-made, comfortable of medium firmness, and what I was looking for, thus worth the price! Am so glad for this reversible chaise sofa! I had to wait 6 weeks for my order, but it seemed non-comparable to the time researching, driving & looking at so many places.

The color is lovely, couch is super comfortable, plush, and seems to be holding its shape well. Holding out one star because I haven't had it long enough to see how it wears. (For the price, I hope it holds up over time.)

After countless hours of research, I'm glad I ended up Room & Board. Well worth the price - extremely comfortable cushions and great design!

With the recent supply chain problems it was a 6 month wait with a custom fabric (velvet). That was not the problem as it was expected. The York sofa looks very nice, love the fabric, but the seat cushions are extremely stiff and hard as rocks. Not the same feel at all as the sofa/chaise I sat on in the store. No idea how they can describe the seat comfort as "softer, sink-in comfort with relaxed feel". They will take it back but this leaves me without a sofa after a 6 mo wait, having to shop around again, probably wait again for months with no sofa, so devastating.

We've had the York sofa (we got the custom tatum fabric) for 1 1/2 years and we love it! So comfortable to lounge, watch tv and nap. We are just so happy to have gotten it before the pandemic began. It's so, so comfortable and just the best sofa to nap on. Sometimes, the feathers poke out and we have to fluff the sofa cushions every week or two, but we are completely fine with that. We are very happy with this sofa!
