Returns & Exchanges

Our generous return policy is designed to give you ample time to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. We offer free 90-day returns and exchanges for items in like-new condition.

We accept returns and exchanges for up to 90 days.

The 90-day window starts when you receive your order. For items shipped via UPS, the 90-day window starts on the date of shipment.

Our 90-day policy applies to orders placed on or after August 1, 2025. Orders placed before this date may be returned at our discretion.

Please keep in mind, items must be in like-new condition to receive a full refund. If an item is damaged or worn, an assessment fee may apply, or we may be unable to accept your return.

Return or exchange delivery is free.

We don’t charge a delivery fee for returns or exchanges within the 48 contiguous states. However, original delivery charges are not refundable.

We also don’t charge a fee for cancelling items, even custom furniture or decor made just for you.

If there’s damage or a defect, we’ll take care of it.

If an item is damaged during delivery or there is a quality issue upon arrival, we provide expert repair, parts replacement or an exchange, for free.

If you experience a manufacturer’s defect at any time, please contact us. We’re here to help.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items arrive at our facility.

For national deliveries, your refund may take up to three weeks to process.

Credit card purchases are refunded to the card used. Purchases made with a gift card are refunded to a gift card. Check purchases receive a refund check by mail. Purchases made using Affirm financing are refunded by Affirm.

Almost all items are eligible, with a few exceptions.

  • Outlet purchases and store floor samples are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Clearance items can be returned, but exchanges may not be available due to limited quantities.
  • Items cannot be returned once altered. For example, vanities that have been installed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift cards are not returnable, but items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Contact us if you need assistance locating your order confirmation or receipt.
