Our Milbridge picture frames are made from solid reclaimed wood that's salvaged from decommissioned NYC water towers and local trees that fell or are planned for removal. Cut into a streamlined shape, these modern tabletop picture frames have an acrylic insert that rests in the groove so it's easy to add photos or swap them out.

Material Detail: Rather than harvesting new wood, this redwood is reclaimed from decommissioned New York City water towers and revitalized to highlight its unique beauty. Redwood feels soft to the touch but it's durable in wet spaces thanks to inherent mold-resistant and anti-bacterial properties. Redwood features color variation of light brown with rich umber streaks; over time, it will oxidize into deeper red tones.
