Planned System Maintenance

Scheduled updates help us better serve you. During system maintenance, some features online and in our stores are temporarily unavailable. Here's what you can—and cannot—access while our maintenance is in progress.

FAQs

Online Shopping

  • Can I browse for products?

    Yes, you can see all our products and shop online as usual. However, real-time product availability is not available during the scheduled maintenance.

  • Can I make purchases?

    Our checkout is unavailable during maintenance; you cannot make purchases online, in stores or by phone. However, you can still save items to your cart or Favorites and purchase when we're back up.

  • Can I access my account?

    Yes, you can sign in to your account.

  • Can I see my Favorites?

    Yes, you can view and add to Favorites during the scheduled maintenance.

  • Can I see my current orders or order history?

    Unfortunately, you cannot view current or past orders during the system updates. Don't worry—we still have all your information, and you'll be able to access it when we're back online.

In-store Shopping

  • Are your stores open?

    Yes, our stores are open, and our team is ready to help as usual. They can help you add items to your Favorites or cart so you're all set when our systems are back online.

  • Can I place an order in your stores?

    We cannot place any orders, whether in stores, online or by phone, during the planned maintenance. However, you can save items to your Favorites or cart to make it easy to complete your purchase when we're back online.

Delivery

  • Can I schedule a delivery?

    We are unable to schedule deliveries during the scheduled maintenance.

  • Will my scheduled delivery still arrive on time?

    Yes, you can look forward to your new furniture. Previously scheduled deliveries will be delivered as planned.

Free Design Services

  • Can I book a free design appointment?

    Yes, schedule an appointment here. Our team can work with you in stores, virtually, or by phone as usual.

  • Can I access my design presentations from previous appointments?

    Yes, you can sign in to your account to see your design presentations.

Help With My Order

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    You cannot make changes to your order during the scheduled maintenance. Please when our systems are available.

  • Can I make a return or exchange?

    Returns and exchanges cannot be processed during the scheduled maintenance. Please when we're back online.

  • Can you process refunds?

    We cannot process refunds while our systems are down. We apologize for any inconvenience.
